The upper floor consists of the common living areas, a casita and a large terrace with a fountain and one of the most spectacular views of San Miguel and the countryside. The sun sets directly over the mountains to the west.

The bottom level has three bedrooms, a TV room, and another large terrace that, along with the same glorious view, has a small garden filled with lush tropical plants and fragrant jasmine.

The house is in a colonial area of town about a 15 minute easy walk over cobbled streets or 4 minute cab ride to the central square (el Jardin).
